Our personal watercrafts are 2023 Yamahas. These units are 2 passenger skis and they have 160 HP. They will handle two passengers with no problem, max of 450 pounds of weight. We will provide life vests for the riders of the watercraft. We ask that all renters to arrive at the marina 30 minutes before checkout time due to detailed instructions covered by marina staff. We do not allow towing of any sort behind these watercraft. The legal age for operation of a personal watercraft in the State of California is now 18. We require at least one person in the rental party to be 21 years of age to rent our equipment.
Deposit: $1500.00 Cash plus rental amount with valid drivers license or charge to a major credit card for the total of the security deposit and rental amount. The deposit will be refunded in full, if the boat and all equipment comes back in the original condition when it was rented. The lessor is responsible for any costs resulting from damage to the boat or loss of equipment. The repair figure may be much higher than the security deposit up to the replacement cost of the watercraft.
Fuel: The fuel tank is full of fuel when the watercraft leaves the dock, we will top off the tank when the watercraft returns and the customer must pay for the amount used. The fuel consumption is a direct result of use. The watercraft does not have enough fuel to last all day so the customer must return to the marina to refuel throughout the course of the day. Customers must use fuel exclusively from our Sierra Marina INC. gas tanks, we do not allow the customers to use their own fuel for any reason.
